Mossy Oak Pruning Saw, Folding Hand Saw with Secure Lock, 3 Blades Included

Bought as a gift for a keen gardener. Well recieved and immediately put into action taking apart last years christmas tree. The pruning blade is excellent and very sharp, it made fast work of even the thickest part of the trunk. Took off all the smaller branches with ease. The locking mechanism I was worried would disengage with a lot of pressure and movement but held firm with even the most foreful sawing. Folds away nicely and easily. The extra blades are handy but haven't found a need for them yet. The carry case is handy - though with both blades plus the actual saw it is a bit of a tight fit. You have to pull the lip over quite tight to get it to fasten with the velcro closure. The buttoned clasp on the back is really good. Perfect for fastening the tool to a belt. And a button closure is appreciated as they are much stronger than velcro.

I have always been sceptical with "hand tools" because they often tarnish very quickly but this blade is very durable and long lasting. Bearing this in mind I did buy replacement blades whilst on offer on BlackFriday but still, a good investment and relatively cheap. The saw is extremely sharp. It cuts through thick branches of trees with ease so is very effective. We are yet to use it in any other capacity as you can change the blade to cut plastics and metal but as a hand saw I highly recommend this. It is excellent quality. It fits easily in your back pocket within the case so you can carry it around with you. The handle has a nice stern grip and the blades are yet to rust so I am sure it will be a very good addition to the tool shed. I'm really glad that I bought it.

The saw comes with several blades for different jobs, so this is a bit of a ‘Swiss army’ saw. Extra blades come in the carrying case which can be clipped onto a belt or backpack, etc. blades are easy to deploy/store away by means of the simple to use release button. I’ve not used the metal saw blade, but the saw for cutting wood does a good enough job, but time will tell how well it wears and whether it stands up to heavy use. On the down side, if you cut with both hands, some grips will cause you to depress the blade release lever on the back of the handle, and the blade can rotate back towards you, which is safe, but a bit inconvenient and annoying. This could be fixed with a bit of a redesign, but for the price, one can’t expect too much. Its value for money when performance and price are considered together.

Rosemary bush that was diseased about a 8” diameter trunk. I am 74 woman and I found I cut through it with little bother. Great little tool will help me a lot when autumn arrives and more thick branches need trimming without the need to bother people for help

Just purchased so i have not used it yet, but it seems useful for the tasks I intend to use it for, overall feels sturdy and well made, great to have the three blades for different materials, the holder works well, both holding the saw, the additional two blades and the velcro folds over and make contact perfectly, unlike similar tools I have used. It has an obvious coloured lock to prevent the blade folding back. I see that other reviews mention that the blade flexes quite a bit but I was expecting that, so you will obviously need to be careful when using it and wear leather garden gloves as you would expect with any sharp blade. Will update after it get a chance to use it. Update - 9th June 26 I have used this a few times and it cuts very easily, just used it for a few hours cutting down surprisingly thick tree branches and then cutting them up onto small parts to dispose of, absolotely brilliant device.

Great value and comes with three different grade interchangeable blades, in a nice wallet. I’ve sawn my way through many thick branches and it’s performed beautifully. Pruning is so much easier and my gardens looking much better for it. I’m disabled but the weight and grip means that even I don’t struggle. The safety lock is very secure. Easy to release once you get the knack

very lightweight and compact, easily cuts through thick live or dead wood and is a great addition if you intend on making a fire and want to cut some wood up. I've used it on 4 occasions now, and the blade is still sharp so no complaints.

Bought this folding pruning saw because I fancied tackling the jungle that was slowly taking over my garden. I’m not exactly a lumberjack — though I do wear the checkered shirt and sport a decent beard, so the vibe is there. This saw’s a proper little beast. Multiple blades, comfy handle, folds up neatly so I feel very professional while still just hacking away at the overgrown bushes like a man who watched one YouTube video and got carried away. It’s sharp, sturdy, and surprisingly satisfying to use. Makes you feel like you know what you're doing, even if you're mostly just muttering at shrubs and pretending they insulted your family. Highly recommend for casual garden warriors who want to feel a bit rugged without committing to felling an entire forest. Also great if you just like tools that make you feel like a legend while tidying up the hedge.

Funciona bien, tiene buen agarre, es importante que practiques bien antes de usarla, para que no afecte los dientes de las cuchillas. Lo único que me falta investigar, es saber si las cuchillas se pueden reponer, y si hay algún lugar que las venda.

It’s a knife! It’s machete! No!!!! It is SuperSaw! This, friends, is the hand held ergonomicsally appealing saw you’ve been looking for… Full disclosure: I’m a weakling!!! I’ve tried some other saws and I sweat more than I cut! This Mossy Oak saw arrived yesterday. I purchased it to help with some crafting as well as future camping escapades! It comes with 3 blades, but I’ve only used the one designed for wood and I am extremely pleased with it (see video!) and how quickly I was able to get through the branch. Mind you, I fought with the same branch and another hand held saw and the finished product with the other saw took three times as long and the cuts were not smooth! The Mossy Oak saw gave me a beautifully smooth cut and took no time at all. (In the video, the first few attempts was user error - or user inefficiency!! - as I was trying to adjust the thickness (cutting little tree cookies to become “wheels” for a craft!). If you have just a smidge of muscle in your hands, it will be like cutting butter! The blade locks securely with no fear of it folding back up without pressing the release, and securely locks in place when it is closed, too, preventing any accidents. The only thing that was a bit less than ideal was folding the saw back up… you will need to be aware that, due to the flexibility of the blade, you’ll have to take a glance to be sure it lines up. The case is sturdy. I’d like it an “inth” wider and longer so it would be a bit easier to secure closed but, the truth is that even if I don’t Velcro it closed, this saw & blades are gonna stay put! Highly recommend this product.

Good quality, can't complaint. I used to cut a whole sheep into pieces. The included saw is very good with bone.
