Are these pirelli scorpion str 245/50r20 102h mud and snow (m+s)?

All tires are now structured for "mud and snow." But the Scorpion is not specifically FOR (only) mud and snow. It's an excellent overall tire that is - sometimes - the only tire you can get in specific sizes - especially those 20 inch rim sizes. Yes, I am a retired tire salesman.

The sticker on my car says my tires are 245/50r20 102v, amazon is saying they wont fit but the only difference i see is these are 102h, will it fit?
