Must have for all my cooking and drinking needs
I always have no less than 5 cans in my cupboard at all times. I use this evaporated milk for everything! I use it in baking, cooking, drinks, and I make coffee creamer with it. It makes the best gravies. It is shelf stable and you can store it for a long time. It tastes really good, has a smooth and creamy texture,and super affordable.

really convenient to have on hand for baking. I like this product more than some others that are on the market. cant speak to the shelf life, to gets used up pretty fast around here.

Eagle Brand Evaporated Milk is an excellent product. I used this evaporated milk in pancake batter. This milk made my pancakes soft and fluffy. Also, the consistency of this milk is top tier. The price and quality of this milk is wonderful!

Great for cooking
This is all milk--no dextrose, corn syrup or sugar. I like it for cooking: if I want sweetness I want to add it myself and pick the kind and the amount. It's good with potato flake mashed potatoes. I like it for coffee, too, because it's whole milk but not as fat as cream.
