Good quality oil, smooth enough to be versatile.
This oil has the peppery bite at the back of your throat that makes you want to cough a little. That tells me it’s the real deal, although it’s not overwhelming. Grassy fresh flavor and palatable for dressings and sauteing. It’s good quality olive oil but I was still able to use it in place of butter on my popcorn with a little salt and pepper. Chef’s kiss for taste! I will buy again.

This Greek olive oil is by far the best oil I have ever tasted! You can drink the stuff it’s so delicious. I use this for everyday cooking and enjoy the smooth, rich flavor. I highly recommend Mythology olive oil.

Grassy, buttery, high quality at average price
I've been looking for a good olive oil since the big jugs at the grocery store have been more expensive than getting the big jugs online now, and there are more options on Amazon. I've tried Iliada, and that was pretty good, but picked this one up instead as it is from Chania. It is an ideal olive oil, smooth and buttery with that ever so slightly peppery aftertaste to me. First thing I did when I opened it was pour a little in a cup and try it plain. It's reassuring for my health to know that this is the real stuff (PDO) and not cut with some other oil since there's a shocking amount of olive oil fraud out there. This type of spout is a little annoying and the oil can get on the outside of the tin and spill in the top a bit, but that's a problem most brands have with this style of packaging. Makes a very rich fasolakia. Unfortunately with how much I use it won't last as long as I'd like. I wish there was a two-pack with a small discount.

Best Olive Oil Ever!
This olive oil is the best! The quality for the price is even better. It's the kind of olive oil you can drink and it creates that little burn in the back of your throat so you know it's amazing. The taste is delicious on it's own, in a salad or to dip some crusty bread. I love to cook and I love to eat and I will never buy another kind of olive oil again.
