Great desktop computer!!
Excellent. Easy setup and price was great. Just had to add an external DVD/RW and it is great!!

Easy plug-and-play PC.
Shipped in original HP box and packaging was very secure. Easy to setup. Runs great. Updating Windows took a some time, and will be slower over wifi, but this is standard with a new PC and to be expected. With it's compact size and only only an SSD and no optical drive installed the PC is light weight but is sturdy. It's very quiet. I'm running World of Warcraft on max graphic settings with zero processing issues.

Perfect for home use and for a senior
I managed an easy setup from my old desktop to installation of this new Windows 11 desktop PC. The computer is fast and will be a nice upgrade from my old Windows 10 PC. Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent and it seems to be built solidly.

The speed of processing....
I very pleased with the unit and the packaging that Amazon used as their vendor for this HP desktop. I wanted increased memory and faster processing speed, and this HP desktop delivers the goods. While it didn't come with an internal DVD/CD unit, purchasing an external unit was easy and very cost effective. The glitch in the transaction was trying to register the desktop with HP. The model and serial numbers listed on box were a little different in reality. HP has an online app that will check your computer for s/n and model #. Once this was completed, I had the accurate numbers.

It works fine.
I needed to bridge the looming "Windows 11" gap, as my trusty older HP could not cross it. The new HP did just fine, and also had recognizing software pre-installed so there was no problem in getting my pre-existing Brother Printer/Scanner up and running.

Lives up to description and promises
Seller did everything they promised. I had to reach out to them with a question before ordering. They answered my question and assured me that the delivery would be as I needed. They did everything as promised. The system was as described on Amazon. Great to do business with!
