Despite Amazon fitment, this filter will fit 2006 Audi A4 - B7. You cannot go wrong with MANN. This looks and fills genuine. The one that I received it's made in Germany.

This perfectly fits a late 2006 Audi A4. Installation was quick and easy and is a 100% match/replacement for the OEM filter. I would highly recommend this filter if you are looking to replace your engine air filter at a fraction of auto shop prices.

Looks just like the OEM filter it replaced (cleaner of course!). I don't recall needing anything more than a philips driver to replace. Takes all of 5 minutes. But that doesn't mean it should be done more than needed.... Annual replacement is completely unnecessary and will likely do more harm than good. Air filters have to be filthy before they actually degrade performance - this can be shown by measuring the flow of used and dirty looking filters. The truly dirty secret is that these actually filter MORE (not less) keeping less crud out of the engine. The greatest risk is that dirt will enter the intake while you are replacing the filter. It's also a myth that fuel economy will suffer - modern engines measure the air intake precisely and inject fuel to match. Less air means proportionately less fuel (not more, and not a richer mix). Still, even the dirtiest air filters pass more than adequate air. Many manufacturers recommend 60,000K (both European and Domestic). If it makes you feel better change sooner, but you are doing it for yourself and not the car! Obviously using great OEM style filters like this Mann is a must.

After regaining myself from choking a little, I found a nearly identical filter to what they would use here on Amazon and went after it. Buy filter. Check. Receive filter. Check. Watch install video on YouTube. Check. Install filter with a few head-scratchers. Check. Start car to make sure it doesn't explode. Check. Laugh at the cost I saved from not going through the dealership. Check! You really cannot go wrong with this filter. Just make sure it matches your car, you can use a screwdriver, and don't mind a little grease/dirt.

Fit perfectly in my 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet with the 1.8t. Took 10 minutes to install after watching a YouTube video. I compared it to the genuine VW filter that I removed and they were practically identical. I noticed a very slight increase in fuel economy (the 1.8t in a heavy Audi doesn't do that great as it is) but I was more impressed by the much more pronounced turbo hissing noise. I love that noise and it got a lot louder with a fresh air filter.

Es un buen producto para el filtrado de aire que entra en el motor para realizar una buena combustión. Yo lo cambio aprox. cada 15.000 Km y todo OK. Este en cuestión es perfecto para EXEO 170cv. y nunca me ha dado problema de ningún tipo.
