nice part, but not always the problem
I purchased this part because my compressor was leaking air out of the little vale on the side. After checking the interweb some guys said it could be a check valve. So I bought both. I changed the check valve and it fixed the problem. I have this part still for later use. It looks the same as the one on my Craftsman compressor.

Replaced this switch on my air compressor and still works everytime it turns on is does ok.

Didn't work spring not tense
After finally installing, No power. Found spring not tense. I'll get a different one.

Nearly Identical Replacement For Older Craftsman Air Compressor
This pressure switch is nearly identical to the unit on my old 5 Gallon/5 HP Craftsman air compressor. It has a female threaded mount where the original is male and the unloader valve is different, but otherwise you can tell it's a clone of the original. Works as expected, no complaints or issues.
