Great for healing—worth every penny! I bought this red light therapy lamp to help my husband recover after his rotator cuff surgery, and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made during this whole process. We were looking for something to support healing and reduce inflammation between physical therapy appointments, and this has made a noticeable difference. The lamp is really easy to use—we set the timer and brightness level (usually around level 6 or 7), and he just sits under it while watching TV or relaxing with TikTok. The flexible neck and adjustable height make it super convenient to position exactly where we need it, whether he’s in the recliner or lying on the couch. After a few weeks of consistent use, he says his shoulder feels less stiff and sore, and I’ve noticed he’s sleeping better too. We also love that we can use it for other things—I’ve started using it on my knees after long days, and even for a little skin boost! Setup was simple, the included goggles are a nice touch, and it feels sturdy and well-made. I bought several sizes from Amazon for our homes and for my spa. Value is great! Simple easy to assemble design and size is perfect. I recommend to do this daily for 15-20 minutes. I think it helps with skin healing, joints etc

OMG! I love love this. I tried it last night on my legs which I am currently experiencing a bad breakout of Eczema on them and for once my legs did not bother me all night and now into this afternoon so far. And the red lights are so comforting and relaxing. So tonight I am going to concentrate on my arms which also has Eczema. And rotate back and forth because I want to heal this crap. But these lights are so good for healing your skin and help with stretch marks, acne and who knows all the possibilities. I recommend using this one and it affordable and so easy to set up.

This is a great device, so easy to adjust to exactly where you need the light to be and I appreciate the different levels of light strength, and also the timer. I like that it can also be powered with a power-bank using the usb port, that helps make it more portable and convenient to use.

Looove it. I have a red light square that you could suspend from the ceiling but of course I did not set it up that way it’s kind of a pain to prop up so this red light with a stand that bends to any angle is the best. I use it while I’m laying in bed napping, while in my massage chair or while I’m working. Very handy and easy to put together

I did a lot of research before buying this and I love it! Be mindful that most infrared light therapy needs to be done on bare skin. I can see my pores shrinking and my tight shoulders have been loosening! Effective for the value! Love the white too, looks stylish enough to where I don’t have to hide it if people come over. This is a win.

I am living my red light lamp, I haven’t used it long enough to know what the benefits are specially to me, but I feel that the red light has a pretty good reach and I do feel pretty good after using it. The 1st time, I didn’t really read the directions and sat under the lamp at full power for a lot longer than Recommended, so I did feel like my face was a little more sensitive after, but it’s been all good since! I just keep it by my bed, it’s very compact and the attached remote makes it very easy to use! I am very happy with this purchase!

Great so far. I have only been using for a week so waiting to see results.
