Excellent product, light weight and seems to be durable.The upper coating is good and will not let you slip. Take precaution while exercising that don't place it on marbles or tiles as the lower portion will tend to slip.better do it on a mat.It is mentioned in the guide book . Its value for money.must go for it .Best for core exercises and can be done by all age group.Advance delivery,Thanks Amazon.

I exercise almost daily with it.
Bought it (at Rs. 599/-) for balancing exercise to address the imbalances I had aquired in my legs because of regular road running. Being an amazon basics item I was not expecting it to be very sturdy and hoped for it to last a few months till the imbalances very addressed. But to my surprise, the item has held up really well despite me exercing on it almost every day. I mostly do single leg balacing and the cushion has provided excellent support. My weight is around 70 Kgs. The only con I have observed till date is that, when you inflate it a little extra, the cushion develops a deep crease and it seems to be revealing some sort of poor material used in making it. I would still recommend to go for it.
