does the glitter transfer off of the card?

Not that I noticed. These cards are wonderful.

Are these able to go through a printers to personalize?

I buy clear labels, I print the message on the labels and place inside the card. This allows me to personalize them easily - the cards due to the fold wont work in a printer.

What is the country of origin on these cards?

On the back of the card box I received in July 2020 it's listed Made in China.

How many cards does it come with?

Usually, there are only eight ( 8 ) cards. Obviously, the HELLO KITTY cards has twelve ( 12 ) cards. The count is included in the description.
