I love this maple syrup, it's the first time that I tried it. It was Delish over my waffles. It has a sweet smoky flavor to it, very nice and smooth. The only thing that I didn't like, the inside top of the bottle wasn't sealed. Gorgeous bottle though, highly recommend.

I purchased this item because I like to use pure maple syrup for cooking and baking but it can be expensive. I was happy to find this item because it was very reasonably priced. I recently used this item while making a salad dressing that used this maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil for a quinoa, tofu, and roasted vegetable salad. The dressing was absolutely delicious! This maple syrup has a very good flavor and is not overly sweet. It will be excellent for what I primarily want to use it for, which is salad dressings.

Very nice flavor, and not too sweet if you don't use a lot of it. I'm finding amusing when people in reviews say I'm maple syrup is too sweet. It's sugar, people. It all depends on how much you put on your food. This one is a little thicker than some of the cheap ones you get in the national chain grocery stores, and the price is great.

Really good and affordable considering how pricey some can be.
