This thing rocks!
This is not a toy for beginners. It's big, it's heavy, and it's really distracting (in a great way). But if size and weight don't scare you away, and you're prepared to be patient inserting it, it is awesome. I have a Tantrus Ryder. It gives me the fullness feeling I want, but it doesn't quite hit the spot. Also I find the stem to be to thick for long term wear, at least for me. I also have a Don Wand Glass Plug. The stem is perfect, but the plug is a bit too small. It didn't give me the fullness feeling I want, and it just teasingly glances the spot now and then. This is no knock on either of those products, but with my anatomy and capacity, they just aren't enough for me. So I looked at njoy pure plugs, and decided to go all the way to the 2.0, the diameter of which is larger than those. I just received it today (a day early; one of the great things about Amazon). My initial reactions, for what they may be worth: Picked up the box. This thing is heavy! Took it out of the box: This thing looks huge! Tried it on: I was prepared to be unable to take it in the first time, and to need to do some stretching first. But although it took a few minutes, I was able to take it in. Wearing it: After only an hour: (1) It's not as heavy as some reviews led me to believe, but heavy enough that I'm not going to forget that it's in me, even for a second. Some way not want to be constantly aware that they're wearing a plug; I do. (2) Prostate stimulation: this thing doesn't tease. It gets there. I love to walk; the 2.0 redefines the experience of walking. I don't think I could concentrate on anything while sitting with it, except rocking and being rocked. (I wouldn't even think of driving while wearing it.). The only toy I've used that beat the 2.0 for prostate stimulation is the njoy Pure Wand. But of course you can't wear that. (3) Comfort: By far the most comfortable plug I've ever had in me. The stem is perfectly small. I could feel the handle, but it feels great. It enhances the experience. I repeat: This is not a toy for beginners.

Best plug ever for extended wear
I cannot express fully how happy I am with this plug. I had used some other, larger plugs previously, but they were too large for extended use, and especially to wear out. (My favorite would often pop out.) When this one came in, I of course tried it immediately and was in love. The weight, the coolness, and the smoothness of the stainless steel were just perfect! Stainless steel is compatible with all types of lubes. It can be boiled or placed in the dishwasher, and it holds temperatures, so if you (like me) enjoy hot or cold sensations in that area, you can't go wrong with stainless. It's completely body safe, as well. Glass has all those great properties too, but unlike glass, stainless doesn't shatter or chip. It's the perfect material for the job. As I worked up to longer periods of use, I decided to wear it out one day. After about 4 hours, it was starting to get uncomfortably dry. I only needed to finish my grocery shopping, and then I could get home and take care of it. As I was standing in the checkout lane, just as the woman behind me started chatting with me, it popped out! OMG, I thought... What do I do?! Thankfully I was wearing relatively tight underwear, and it didn't fall to the floor. (That would have been beyond embarrassing!) I was able to finagle it around a bit with my hand and get it pushed back in until I got to my car and could remove it. Moral of that story is... Well, there are two morals. First, always use silicone lube for extended wear if you are able to. Water-based lube is absorbed incredibly quickly by the rectum. (That's one of its primary jobs, after all.) And second, especially until you are used to extended wear outside the home, always carry a quart-size plastic bag and some antibacterial wipes when you go out. You never know when you will need to take it out, and it could get messy between lube and... other natural matter. I continue to use this plug as often as I am in the mood for plugging. I like to vary my ways of playing, so some days I like to use a plug, some days I use dildos, and some days I stay away from butt play entirely. One thing that I especially like about this one is the insertion. It feels so good when it's a bit cooler than the ambient and body temperature. Sliding it in, I like to hold it there for a good 20 to 30 seconds, moving it back and forth across the sphincter, as long as I am able to without clenching. It really helps to relax and loosen up -- and it's a great way to tease yourself or your partner as well! Then, when I am ready, I squeeze down and suck it in. The only thing I don't like about this plug is that it's not harness compatible. After that incident at the grocery, I wanted to get a harness to keep such events from happening again. But to do that, I'll have to find a different plug. Boo. On the flip side, the reason it isn't harness compatible is because of the pull ring which is absolutely fantastic for inserting and removing the plug, especially with lube-covered hands. Finally, another great thing about this you probably haven't considered: In a pinch, it can be used as a fruit juicer/citrus reamer. (I thought about including a photo. ;-))

This plug is amazing in everyway! Worth it!
This plug provides a nice balance of fullness and stretch! The main takeaway I love about this plug is the weight and the unique shape of the stainless steel, making it a superior plug for long-term use with the advantages of using any lubrication of your liking! I've been enjoying how it makes me feel and how comfortable it has been for extended use. The neck of the plug is thin enough not to cause any fatigue on your anus as opposed to some others with a thicker neck. The original packaging that the Pure Plug 2.0 comes in feels premium and matches the price of this plug. If you're serious about the quality and long-term use, this plug is a must. This plug is not for beginners but nJoy has options outside of the 2.0 that will allow you to experience what 2.0 offers. There are plenty of butt plugs on the market. What makes nJoy stand out is its unique shape and the imperfections that each plug has which makes it a different but similar experience for everyone. Highly recommend this product. P.S. I bought my product from a seller called LuxuryToyX and I highly recommend buying from them if possible.

A plug that changed my life
Before I bought this plug, I didn't think it would be possible to wear a plug 24/7, or that that would be something that I would enjoy doing. Up to that point, I'd only used silicone plugs, mostly the large, squishy kind that stretch you and fill you up. Those were fun to wear for short sessions, but became tiring after a while, not least of which due to the constant need to keep them lubricated. I'd heard about the mythical "24/7 plug" that you could wear for indefinite periods of time without wanting to remove it, and being intrigued by that idea, I set about finding such a plug for myself. For what purpose would I want to wear a plug basically all of the time? Well, if you believe the daily pluggers, it's for everything from prostate stimulation to emotional regulation to pelvic floor health to stress reduction, and even to better sleep. It all sounded too good to be true. Spoiler: it's true, all of it. After a lot of research and deliberation, I settled on the Njoy Pure Plug 2.0 XL. Even though it's big for a stainless steel plug, it's a lot smaller than my silicone plugs. It's also very heavy. My first thought was that it would fall out of me in a very embarrassing fashion if I wore it anywhere other than my bedroom. My second thought was that it couldn't possibly be comfortable. I was wrong on both counts. Not only is it comfortable, it's the most comfortable โ and most importantly, secure โ plug that I own. After figuring out the lube situation (more on that later) I found that I could wear it quite literally all the time. Well, not quite all the time, because there's at least one time every day that you can't wear it, but other than that, it's totally doable and totally enjoyable โ and not enjoyable in the "it makes me horny" way, because it's much more complex than that. I wear it to work everyday. I wear it to sleep every night. I wear it when I go to the store, or to the bank, or to the movies. There isn't really any place that I don't wear it, except maybe to any place that requires you to walk through a metal detector, though I have gone through those and just told them I have a lot of piercings (I don't). What does wearing this plug 24/7 do for me? For one thing, the weight of the bulb is constantly stimulating the nerve endings in my rectal/anal area. These nerve endings are branches of the vagus nerve and part of the parasympathetic nervous system. Stimulating these nerves puts you into a calmer, more relaxed state, lowering your stress response and reducing the fight-or-flight reflex. Every time I'm wearing it, I feel calmer, less stressed, less agitated, more relaxed, more focused, more centered and more grounded. It's like an internal pacifier that keeps my mood stabilized all day. It has also helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I can see the difference in my Fitbit sleep tracking when I don't wear it. It also helps to keep my prostate decongested and I subsequently don't feel the need to ejaculate as often, which runs counter to the "plugging makes you horny" belief. It took me a while to get used to it. It didn't quite feel right at first. In fact, after the first day I tried wearing it, I put it in the bottom of my drawer for most of a year before picking it back up again and giving it another shot. I'm extremely glad that I did. The first issue I had to solve was the lube issue. I tried everything that I could find but I was still having discomfort, and if I kept re-applying lube throughout the day, the seat of my pants would get stained with it. The solution to my lube problem wasn't lube at all, but lotion. I used a thick lotion called Vanicream, mostly because I'd had some skin irritation and dryness, and that turned out to be the best lube all along. I put a small smear around my hole each morning before reinserting the plug, and I'm good to go all day long. It's really quite remarkable how good it works. The plug stays lubed and my very delicate tissues stay moisturized. I really can't say enough good things about this plug. It has quite literally changed my life for the better. I've become a true 24/7 plugger and I can't imagine life without it now. It's really just that good. If you have any inclination towards plugging, or feel inspired by my review, grab one when they're on sale. I sincerely believe you won't regret it.

a great addition to my collection
this is a new addition to my collection of plugs. i should have bought this long ago. i love the weight and size. it is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. it is easy to insert and stays put when it is in your ass. i love the full feeling and how it feels when i,m working around the house or when i go for a walk. when sitting i can move around and feel it moving. i haven't worn it out and about yet, but i intend to. perhaps njoy will make one that is 2.25 or 2.5 inchs. i would love to see that happen. imagine how good that would feel walking around wit that add weight and size in your ass! i'd buy one in a minuet. i highly recommend this plug.

Near-Perfect, Amazing Quality!
Make no mistake, this is a heavy plug not for the timid. One of the hardest aspects of trying to find the right plug, is not having a good sense of the true "size." I've measured all the relevant dimensions with a digital caliper so you'll have some idea what to expect. The design of this plug is geared towards long-term wear. It's ergonomic shape and narrow neck helps keep it in place. Knowing the physical size won't tell you everything about how it will feel once inside. But at least it's a start! As every body is different, there is no "one size fits all." But here are my impressions. Weight: It weighs about a pound, maybe a little more. If you've never used such a heavy plug before, it will be a new experience. Pro: amazing feeling, new sensations compared to silicone or glass plugs, absolutely no mistaking that you are full. Con: depending on your anatomy, if you sit or stand for a while, or which direction you face it, you may feel like it's going to slip out under the weight. This is a thrill in it's own, but prepared for the possibility of having to wear form-fitting underwear if you want that sense of security. Given the weight, you'd want to use as little lube as necessary. One last note on the weightโsitting down on a hard surface may produce a 'clunk' as the hard and heavy plug pushes the base downward. It's not uncomfortable or unpleasant, just something to be aware of. Size/Shape: As mentioned, the shape will contour you and depending on which way you angle it, will provide different sensations. In my case, even angled with the bulb rearwards, there was pressure against my bladder. For daily usage, it would be impossible to have it oriented bulb forward, as this would put too much pressure on bladder/prostate. The large bulb feels amazing but if you wear it while sitting for a while, there is a tendency for gas to build up. As smaller plug allows for gas to pass around the plug. The narrow shape of the base/handle sits well and is generally comfortable. After a while, the angled edges can start to pinch. Fortunately, this is not a problem when walking or standing. If daily, discreet wear is your goal, the base does not protrude conspicuously when standing or sitting. Depending on underwear worn (if any), it may slip outward slightly when bending over or squatting. Obviously, how much will depend on a few factors. Overall, this is an expensive but quality plug. If you're looking to take your long-term daily wear to the next level, this is the toy to do it. It may be a little large for daily wear for some, but for others it may be perfect.

Decent Plug for Intermediate Users
It's interesting to observe the divide between what I would classify as the "consumer" or "amateur" level plugs and anal toys, on the one hand, and the more serious "pro" level items, on the other. The first category is far more prevalent on a site like Amazon. The more intense stuff (made by companies such as Oxballs and Square Peg) tends to be found on sites devoted to fetish and restraint play. I mention all this because, in the grand scheme of things, this plug is not nearly as large as the largest (insanely large) ones that are out there. It is, as I say, the right size for an intermediate user who has learned to relax and not panic while inserting this kind of thing. This plug is in the same size class as the Tantus Severin medium plug (which is available from Amazon, last I knew) and the larger Implicit Core plug (which must be ordered directly from its maker). Because of the significant difference in size between the bulb and the neck, it stays in place just fine. The external handle, which looks like an overgrown version of an old-fashioned bottle opener, is large enough to allow fairly easy manipulation of the plug. (That is one of my complaints about the next smaller unit, the Pure Plug "Large," which has a handle small enough that it is hard to grip in the fingers when inserting.) I tend to wear my plugs overnight while sleeping. I have a variety to choose from, and pick them depending on my mood. Some are smaller, some are larger. Some are fairly soft and squishy silicone, some are firmer silicone, and some are rigid glass or metal (such as this one). The main determining factor as to whether a plug is suitable for long-term (overnight) wear is the design of the external base. Some plugs -- such as the Tantus Severin plug mentioned above -- have a base with square corners, thin flange, and excessively sharp edges. The inserted part is fine, but the external base causes pinching and chafing, and after an hour or so they become uncomfortable because of the irritation outside. No good for overnight use. This nJoy plug is not too bad in this regard. The external part has some ridges on the handle that come to a peak that could be irritating, especially to a newcomer, but I have worn it overnight without difficulty. (As a side note -- The clear winner in external base comfort is the Implicit Core plugs, both sizes, which have a base that is thick and is the same width as the neck. A close second is the plugs from Oxballs and Square Peg that have fairly large and thick bases that distribute any pressure over such a large area that there is no irritation. It is important to pay attention to this when selecting a plug. Examples of good design are the "Egg" from Square Peg in extra-soft silicone, and the "Honcho" and "Ergo" models from Oxballs.) As others here have noted, the weight of this plug takes some getting used to when first wearing it. After a few times it becomes a non-issue, even when walking around. It does let you know that it's there. One of the benefits of a more rigid plug is that it facilitates passing gas, rather than having pressure build up. The soft and squishy plugs (at least ones of any significant size) create such a good internal seal that the pressure cannot easily escape. This issue will have varying significance for different people. For me it's an important consideration. :-) On the whole, I like this plug better than the nJoy "large" plug (the next size smaller) because this plug is easier to maneuver, and the base causes less irritation from the ridges on the external "bottle opener" handle. But, referring back to my comment that I like variety to fit my mood, it doesn't hurt to have some smaller plugs on hand for times when that's all you want. The smaller ones have the benefit that they tend to move around a bit more and "tickle" the nerves a bit, compared to larger plugs that make you feel full (which is a different but still valid sensation) but don't have that same tickle. So getting the "large" nJoy plug (smaller than this one) would not necessarily be a waste. But if you only get one, this might be a better choice in the long run. I have the impression that most people who are fans of butt plugs find that they have a need to challenge themselves with progressively bigger ones, because they get bored with the ones they have. I confess that I have some that are bigger than this, that I have not yet conquered. On the other hand, today I regularly use some that a while back I never thought I would be able to use. So it can be done. I agree with others who have said this one is not for beginners. For those people, I would recommend the Tantus Ryder (which I believe now has a redesigned and less irritating base) or the smaller Implicit Core plug which is basically the same size. In fact, I still like my Tantus Ryder plug a lot, some ten years after I first got it. Size is not everything!

Holy cow!
I just got this in today. And, holy moly, I love it! Yes, it is big. Yes, it is heavy. Yes, it's not for beginners. But it's nowhere near as difficult as some people claim. If you are even intermediate, using some lube and some relaxation can result in this thing going in within 30 seconds. I'm able to do it in 10. Of course, take your time if you need it, but just know that it is definitely possible to get it in more quickly for those who are more experienced. It's got a very nice full feeling to it and it does hit just the right spot, if you know what I mean. In addition, if you are fairly well experienced, it definitely is possible to forget that it's in there. I am looking forward to this being my daily driver. That said, I can understand why some people might not be comfortable wearing this all day long. But with enough training with your pelvic floor, doing kegels and reverse kegels, you should be able to build up enough strength to keep this in for long periods. Otherwise, you may want to just keep it in for an hour or two. Like I said, it is definitely heavy. The only downside, and it is not a product of manufacturing, but a product of necessity, is the ring. It is big enough that it will show through tight clothing. Given the size and weight of this plug, that rain just has to be that large. So just be aware of that. Also, I don't have any problems with this slipping out. I am able to do reverse kegels quite comfortably, and without any fear of this dropping. So I'm not sure exactly where others are claiming that there's a risk of that. As with all NJoy products, this is high quality. Highly highly recommend.

Solid
TBH Kinda wish they made this in a larger size. But it has exquisite construction and surely feels like it's going to last a very long time.

Comfortable
It's very comfortable. It's an nice size and weight and very very comfortable. In fact it's so comfortable it's boring. Boring, boring ,boring. Not what I look for in a butt plug. Sure is pretty though; that's why I gave it two stars.
