This "bresaola" is wonderful for snacks, meals, sandwiches, salads...
It is a little too salty to my taste ( being Italian and knowing the bresaola from Valtellina, Lombardy, where the original bresaola comes from). However, cut very thin and added to arugula salad and shaved parmesan cheese, with a sprinkle of olive oil, it makes a wonderful protein-based meal. It is great also on a simple cheese pizza, but added on top at the end together with fresh arugula, NOT cooked with it. It can also be cut thin, then into small pieces and seasoned with fresh lemon and olive oil, to be added to any salad. Sliced in thin little pieces and seasoned with mayonnaise it makes a tasty sandwich. ENJOY!

Spicy!
So looking forward to this order of bresaola. Sliced it today. Very narrow piece of beef. Very spicy - mostly an after taste of pepper. Not the bresaola taste we were looking for. Disappointed.

A decent addition to charcuterie
New to Bresaola, this is the domestic version. It is highly salted, cured beef. It slices nicely and isn't as tough as prosciutto, not a strong flavor. Use as carpaccio, with olive oil and shaved parmesan

Great Product
Contrary to some of the reviews we found this meat product perfectly seasoned and not over salty. For this amount of product the price is very reasonable. Having an electric slicer helps immensely so cutting very thin slices is a must. I've also used this meat product for SOS (creamed beef on toast) and it's wonderful. Would buy it again.

Flavor
I use to buy this on Publix supermaket but the sliced small packet, but lately they do not always have it, so I look on Amazon and find the same brand name, but not sliced, so I order this packed spectating same flavor and quality than the sliced packet. Total disappointed!!, very salty and not same quality, I lost $75 dollars.

The product is of a very good quality, but not aged (dried) enough, to soft in the inside. Perfect at the ends.
