Sunex 1410 10-Ton, High Height, Pin Type, Jack Stands, Pair

Way overkill for my need however, since Harbor freight no longer makes the tall 2 ton version. This was next. I have the pair holding a 4X4 Pine board with a 'A' body atop while I restore the car frame. Even with the body on the pinch welds the car is solid. The price is reasonable. The minimum height is what sold it for me. Packaging took two men and a boy to move it until uncrated.

Love these jacks, been using them to do my leaf springs on my ford ranger and I love the height and sturdiness of these. Easy to adjust. Great garage addition.

Nice quality and strong

Box was a little rough when they arrive but they have been working great for over a year now. i use them to support the frame of trucks at the rear to prevent the rear suspension from settling while doing clutches so it doesnt knock the front axle off the other set of stands. and for doing suspension work as they are the perfect height for most truck frames

These are not cheap or inexpensive. How much is your life or safety worth? If you’re on the fence, jump off and get a set for your safety. I measured the frame height and bought the tallest set to accommodate my needs. I’ve been using heavy duty jackstands for all the work I’ve been doing. They’ve been good enough, but I always wanted extra height or workspace under the truck. I feared a failure of the standard jackstands when supporting the frame. These are heavy and heavy duty. There’s no question as to the lock feature with the pin. The height is great for what I needed. I didn’t notice anything that would deter me from recommending these to a friend or coworker.

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was the shipping. The first pair of jack stands arrived looking like they had fallen off the truck and the cradles and pins were missing. Amazon and the seller took care of it right away and we've been happy with them ever since. Sturdy enough to support tractors and large farm implements. The wide base makes them very stable.

The new Medium 10T stands came today. They were packaged and wrapped very well against scratches and damage. All parts intact and no damage to the box. The stands look and feel extremely sturdy. Definitely good quality for the price! I will be using them to hold up farm equipment, while repairing equipment. I have not tried them yet... but have no doubt about their added safety for the me, my son, and grandson. Later, I may be buying the largest stands to add to the shop. I will be recommending them to my neighbor and other farmers too.

I dont have a cement pad to work on. It is what it is, but I didnt want to take unnecessary risks working with something less than 100% stable. I ordered a set of these 10 ton stands based on other reviews and was not disappointed. They make my other stands look like kids toys. The cross pin is the same diameter as a .50 cal round I placed down 3/4 ply and lifted the truck for a week to test for any signs of deformation in the thread bare, hard pack driveway. The truck was steady despite some really aggressive pushing to test stability and there wasnt so much as a blemish in the plywood, let alone deformation of soil below. This product didnt just make my project possible. It made it a safe task with no sense of need to rush any single aspect.. Worth. every. penny.
