Useful though not answer to all situations.
Good cost effective hardware. Especially when long hours of walking, standing lying and sitting are needed during shooting and one needs rest to arms this helps a lot.

Good but it feels flimsier than the regular tripods. Maybe they should've used a slightly thicker materials. I have their other tripods and they are sturdy as a brick.
