A must gadget for Cefical spondylosis..traction at home
Its a very useful and well made , and the part to be fixed bed headise doesnt protrude out , so even a small gap can install it with the water bag for weight . ...It saves a lot of money and also helps avoid going to physio therapy centre in times of Corona, I had to go since I had severe pain due to Cervical spondylosis, and was scared seeing the hygiene levels of centre., waiting everyday for corona symptoms once I came back after asession but I had no option but to go atleast once a week and the pain remianed for more than amonth ..THis dgadget recomended by a doctor freind cam as a blessing as I stopped dgoing to Centre and i could take 2-3 times daily and the pain in shoulder and hand dissapeared in 2 days almost after a month of suffering. ost important I stopped all pain l killers which had messed up my digestive system. You can safely go for this producy

USED IT FOR CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS-FOUND USEFUL
I used it for cervical spondylosis.I feel you need to have a bit of experience with the physiotherapist or his technician.My physio advised me to get traction at home as it will be convenient .He asked me use 3 kg of wt. If a detailed instruction is added to the product it will help us all. Of course with a disclaimer. In addition I am taking a homeopathic medicine which is helping my year old cervical problem.
