Cloth..poor quality..length short..velcro straps.. poorly stiched and very small..width..narrow not as shown in pic

Velcro too tiny
The bad was the same colour I ordered. It looks really pretty.I found it a little loose for wrapping it on my head. It would be better if the attached velcro was a bigger piece so that we could wrap the band tighter.
