These scissors have been a great addition to my kitchen. They're incredibly sharp and have handled everything I've thrown at them, from cutting herbs and vegetables to cracking through lobster shells without any trouble. They feel sturdy, comfortable to use, and have quickly become one of those kitchen tools I reach for all the time. Very happy with this purchase.

This kitchen scissors is no joke, it's small but sharp. Cuts through pretty much anything you need to, with cartilage even find bones it cuts through like butter.

The Joyce Chen Original Unlimited Kitchen shears are very useful. I use them for opening plastic food packages and shipping boxes. They are well sized to store efficiently in a drawer yet are able to shear shipping corregated cardboard boxes for disposal.

Very sharp, strong and useful. I thought the blades would be too small but they can do everything the large scissors can. I'll be buying another pair.

These are really nice snips but they are prone to rust. I use these professionally in a kitchen and the fact that the blades are riveted means that you cannot properly clean or dry the pivot area. After about a year of use there is also rust spotting on the blade tang near where it goes into the handle. I’m replacing with a different brand that a bolted pivot to fix these issues.

Ordered these because my mother in law has these, they are much older, they are so useful. Very happy with them, very smooth cutting action.

These scissors are sharp and effective. I used one pair for years, then purchased more for different areas around the house and garden. I’ve recommended them to friends, too. They’re light weight and fit my hand perfectly. Great quality.
