does it fit a 2014 328i key?

No, it only fits the angles keys as pictured.

Will this fit a 2013 x5 xdrive35i m sport activity package e70?

This cover is meant to fit the newer triangluar-shaped, "Dorito" key. I believe 2013 model year BMW's still used the trapezoid-shaped key.

Does this fit 2020 228ix bmw

It is an exact fit for the 2020 228 gran coupe. It will fit other keys as well with a light over hang.
