The books are cheaply made. Both of my books I ordered have very jagged holes throughout the whole book. Both front “waterproof” covers have stratches all over it straight out of the delivery box. The back is a flimsy tacky looking cardboard, not sure why both sides aren’t waterproof. I’m not even a Karen I’m just highly disappointed from the photos and price I thought they would be decent. My 70c book from Kmart feels higher quality 😅

I am absolutely in love with my new Five Star 5-subject notebook! There is something incredibly motivating about having 200 sheets of high-quality paper waiting to be filled. I use it for everything: from planning my work projects to keeping a personal journal and class notes, and the ability to separate everything into five distinct sections is simply brilliant. It gives me a sense of control and mental clarity that is hard to explain but wonderful to feel. The feature I value most is the "Neat Sheet" perforation. It’s a dream come true! Being able to tear out a page to hand in or file away and having it come out with a clean, perfect edge—without those messy paper fringes other notebooks leave—is deeply satisfying. The crisp sound of turning the pages and the firmness of the paper, which prevents ink from bleeding through to the other side (even with my gel pens), make the writing experience a daily pleasure. It’s a product that respects your work and makes it look better. Durability is another strong point. I’ve carried this notebook up and down, thrown it in the back seat of the car, stuffed it into bags full of things, and at the end of the semester, it still looks practically new. The front cover is flexible but tough, and the rigid back offers excellent support for writing when you don't have a table nearby. It’s that reliability that keeps me coming back to buy it year after year. You really feel like you are investing in your own productivity. Thinking about the loyalty I feel towards this brand, I learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. This notebook makes me feel professional, artistic, and valued as a customer because the quality never drops. Constructive Suggestion: As a small improvement for the future, it would be incredible if you offered a version with heavyweight recycled paper or a more explicit eco-friendly line. Many of us are looking for more sustainable options without wanting to sacrifice the legendary Five Star quality, and I think it would be a total hit in today's market. For Inclusion: Additionally, I would like to encourage the brand to expand its accessibility by considering including study guides or organization tips in Spanish inside the notebook or through the app you promote. The Latino community greatly values education and personal development, and having resources in our native language would create a much stronger emotional bond with the brand.
