Node Nano died in less than a week! What a piece of junk!
This looked like it might be just what I was looking for, an internet stream player I could hook up to my home audio system. I am totally blind so I was very disappointed to learn that both the mobile apps or the Windows program needed to set up the device were not friendly to screen readers at all. After some fussing around I eventually figured out how to control the Node Nano and from there it was great until it died a couple of days later. I ended up returning it for a refund because Bluesound's technical support was of no help at all. Apparently all they know how to do is send canned responses with user's guides attached. Totally useless. But this dealer, ListenUp, is a great! Even though it was two weeks past the 30 day return window, they told me to send it back to them and they'd refund my money! I would do business with them again. Thank you very much!
