Just using it I will update it after one month let see.When you are using it you can see impact but when you stop using it everything goes back to normal

This is the worst product or medicine that I consumed in my entire life. I thought to give a trial for Varicocele problem. There are so many recommendations to use Horse Chestnut for Varicocele. So, I tried this one. I hope some good will happen to me. I took a single medicine. A single pill. It suck all my body fluids. Gave severe Headache. I felt like I am going to get Heatstroke. It made all my body numb. I prayed god to save my life. 5 days completed. I am not recovered yet. Its not medicine. Its a plosion. spoils all your veins and nerve system. I am not sure all other reviews are true or paid. please stay away from this medicine. @Amazon, Please remove this item from your list.

Though Medicine quality good, but the cap and bottle allowing air inside all the time, which damages the medicine quality, in the last many of my pills got full moisture and damaged, please use good quality plastic,

I used it for over a month. No change noticed what so ever. It doesn't work, the original chest nut is imported from USA for 1000s of dollars. I was surprised with its low cost that is why at that very moment I should have realised that this is fake.

Im almost through the first bottle and while my spider veins don't look any better my legs have been much less pained

Nature's Way is such a good brand. I did a lot of research on this product and the reviews were good, so I decided to try them.

I'm a 36 year old woman who has almost always had a job where I'm on my feet all day (restaurants, then teaching). By the time I hit my late 20s I noticed that the veins in my legs were extremely noticeable. Once I hit my 30s the veins had started to "pop" out, especially along my lower legs. Last year I developed a painful knot in one of the veins (superficial thrombophlebitis). I started wearing compression socks, which helped with the aching in my legs & some of the vein swelling, but the knot just got bigger. I tried anti-inflammatory creams and hemorrhoid creams for several months each, but neither of those helped. Googling for treatment of varicose veins led me to horse chestnut extract, so I thought I'd give it a try. Turns out it works. It took about a month for the clot to start shrinking and about three months for it to disappear entirely. There is still a large (quarter size) bruise in that spot that doesn't appear to be going away, but the painful knot is gone. Since I have started taking this I have also had a LOT less pain in my lower legs. The varicose veins are still there and still noticeable, but they are much less pronounced. The DOWNSIDE to these pills is the extreme nausea. The first time I took it was in the evening with dinner, and I then spent the rest of the evening throwing up. The nausea has gotten a little better with time (no vomiting), but I still get queasy every time I take one of these. I think the directions are for two pills a day, but I've found that I just can't function if I take one in the morning. So I take one pill each day right before bedtime. I've found that if I take it before bed I sleep through the worst of the nausea, and because these pills ARE helping, the little bit of queasiness I feel before I fall asleep is worth it. **Please note** - This is NOT medical advice. This is just MY experience with this product. I wanted to share because I was relieved to finally find something that DID help with the pain and swelling and got rid of that clot.

It's been about 3 weeks and so far my one trouble spot vein behind my knee is less painful. Still bulging out but not as much as usual. So it works not as well as I'd hoped but the achy pain is gone most of the day as long as I take it every 12 hours and avoid too much salt. I'd say it's worth it.
