High quality shoes that provide excellent structure.
The stability, grip, and confort when lifting is top tier. They are a bit narrow at the arch so if you find you tend to distribute your weight towards inside arch, you might not like these for an every day shoe. I Feel like im rooted in place, and my hips and ankles are thanking me! And if that isnt enough, they look absolutely stunning, and are well made with high quality material. Worth the price!

Good stability! - Not a running sneaker
This sneakers look great and the design does have less cushion which i feel helps me with my balance. I feel more sure footed and stable when working out in these sneakers. So they met this expectation. The flip side of that is the same design choice helps in this way, make them less ideal for long runs on the treadmill. These are not running sneakers. But in my experience , they are fine for short stints on the treadmill. There are better sneakers for walking and running if that's your focus. I read up on them before buying, and all of this seem by design. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase for use at the gym; mainly using free weights and machines.
