un buen cuchillo para pan
Tengo unos meses haciendo pan de masa madre, los cuales suelen tener costra gruesa. Mi cuchillo de cocina no lo cortaba salvo usando la punta para marcar y luego cortar. Este cuchillo lo corta con total facilidad y quedan los cortes perfectos. Tengo casi 2 meses con el y sigue todo perfecto. He seguido las indicaciones al pie de la letra de lavar y secar inmediatamente. No dejarlo mojado nunca.

Bought this for my daughter who makes homemade sourdough bread. This knife slices right through the bread in just a couple of strokes. It’s stainless steel which means it is durable and the cover for it will keep it sharp. It has a great weight to it. Solid. Perfect. My daughter loves it
