What I was impressed about was the great condition the book arrived in - I was a bit worried after some reviews mentioned small tears and flimsy construction- but it arrived in perfect condition. It's a given that this is a collectible item and expensive - to be handled with extreme care by an adult or a child who has lots of patience . Very very happy with my purchase - I thought the quality of construction was perfect and this book encompasses my two favorite things - harry potter and pop-up books. Review: Must buy for Potterheads - Very beautiful piece of art. But handle it delicately, I ripped it a little .
