The EZ Adjust Bed Rail can be used with most traditional beds with box springs, platforms, or slats. It not is not intended to be used with adjustable beds, hospital beds, or beds with extra soft mattresses.

Can the bed rail be used on beds with an adjustable base?

No, for safety reasons, we do not recommend using the EZ Adjust Bed Rail on adjustable beds.

On what size of mattress can I use the bed rail?

The EZ Adjust Bed Rail can be used on Twin, Full, Double, Queen, King, and California King mattresses with thickness between 12 and 16 inches.
