Howare these for running 5 - 10 km distance in?

I wouldn’t recommend these at all, especially NOT for running any distance. See the reviews and photos, they fall apart. I bought mine for work, they lasted about 3 months.

Is the insole removable? Please

i have never tried to remove it, i buy new insoles and change them when needed.

Will there be a uk size 16?

All the sizes are on their website.

Can you order size 8½ wide fit?

I don’t believe they do half sizes. They are definitely not a wide fit. I’m a size 9, and the size 9 shoe measured up to about a 7.5. If you want 8.5, I’d order a 10. They’re very small.
