You have to have your dimensions exact for filter to fit, but other than that it works really well and now our church isn’t using so many bottle of water lol.

2 1/2 years later and I’m on my third repair. First one was covered under warranty and after the first year you’re on your own. Same issue constantly happening with the cooling pipes freezing and having to be replaced. Elkay knows about this issue which is why they only cover the cooling pipes for one year. Unbelievable. They need to fix this in the manufacturing process. I’ve spent more money on the repairs than the unit costs. And it will keep happening annually it appears

Installed by paying plumber around $300 in 3 hours. You can do it yourself if you know little plumbing and hardware and want to spent a whole day.
