The kit is pretty direct and straight forward. I had always just had an inclination for my 6 year old son, and I just wanted to know. the kit comes in a easy to read and professional looking packaging, and its set up to go. Just use 4 swabs on you and your son, and send it off. Its a pretty good price overall if you select the USPS version as well. FedEx has never done me well. They emailed all along the way, and i received the email back when they said I would. I was elated to know I was my son's biological father, so I would imagine its accurate. It seems to go along with accuracy standards.

This test came so fast. I got it the next day and it was so easy to do very explanatory and got my test results right away so if you’re looking to do a very fast and easy paternity, this would be the one.

Worst experience ever!!! Would HIGHLY not recommend. Don’t waste your money. This test is not able to be used in court and although I paid extra for expedited shipping and results, they claim they can not guarantee when the products will arrive because they are not the postal service. I sent in two results at the same time. Got one result back. They can not find the second one. Nor does the results have names attached to it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Es funcional, solo que me cambiaron el día en que me iban a dar los resultados tres veces, aunque tienen un servicio al cliente excelente, nada de máquinas, una persona resibe la llamada rápido y te ayuda magistralmente a resolver tu problema, el éxito en esta compañía está más que en su producto que es genérico en su capital humano, yo lo volvería a comprar solo por eso.
