It is good for stress and anxiety and help sleep

These took a good hour to kick in but when they did, I was so relaxed I couldn’t be bothered to do anything, which was exactly the effect I was aiming for. I went to bed and had the best nights sleep I’d had in ages. I did remember my dreams a bit more but they weren’t nightmares like some reviews mentioned. I wasn’t groggy in the morning. If taking them in the day time I’d probably stick to one at a time or I’d not do any work. Not that I’d care, as they are really relaxing, but my boss might.

Does work

Easy to take and works well to calm nerves etc.. Taste..sugar coated Quality 8/10 I could not sleep at night. But its now brilliant at just one tablet. I used to take Kalm Night 50 in a bottle, but it was too expensive and I had run out of them so I tried these instead at just one at night. Brilliant and there's 200 in one bottle!!!

Not sure about these, they didn’t seem to do much after taking them every day for over a month, I guess I did feel a bit more calm but maybe that’s just a placebo effect?

When taken as directed, these work well. Do not assume one tablet a day.

These do the job in an unobstrusive way. You won't really feel it it just gets you down a pace. Which is what most of us are after. I have taken this with CBD in social occasions and that was a marked difference so really good in combit in social occasions if you don't drink

Took them for 2 days before an emotional mental health workshop and still managed to fall apart and couldnt continue with the workshop. So I think they are extremelly mild. They take the slight edge off but certainly not strong enough to prevent that emotional rollercoaster on a bad day. I don't take any medication at all so these should've had more of an effect than what they did.
