Helmets Open Face Verso Helmet

Love the snug fit. They seem to run a little small. I am at the top end of a large in measurements, but purchased the XL and glad I did. VERY QUIET helmet for an open face. Very aerodynamic as well... turn your head sideways and cuts through the wind very well. I had to dig out the foam on the inside behind the pads to get my speakers to fit in without pressing on my ear. To be honest, haven't found a helmet yet that allows the speakers to tuck in nicely. Love the visors, the fit, the look and how quiet it is for an open face helmet. The slots on the bottom of the visor do an outstanding job of keeping your visor clear from fog. Love this helmet. LS2 has done it again. One of the best reasonably priced helmet makers out there today.

I purchased this helmet from Amazon Warehouse. Only $80 brand new (but previously purchased, tried on by other people)!!! That is fantastic! This helmet is great for me. I wear XL in LS2, Fulmer, and GMAX brands. Can't compare the fit to any other brand. This is also my second Verso. My first was damaged and I couldn't use it anymore. I bought this one in the gun metal grey color to match my LS2 full face helmet. New from the box it is snug but not too much. The padding is stiff and firm but that will wear in. Feels very secure and comfortable. The visor clarity is like wearing nothing over your face. The sun visor that comes down with a flick of the knob on the left side of the helmet comes down just above my nose. Really good coverage for sun but the sun shade could be darker. It is quiet, even better with ear plugs. It seems to have better aerodynamics comapred to my full face. Very little wind buffeting, knocking my head around. It also comes with a peak which looks really good on the helmet, perfect for ADV bike riding and spring/summer days. I haven't opened the one that came with this helmet since it was separately packaged in the box. It is black which might look awesome with the gun metal grey helmet. I really love the Verso. Fit, function, comfort, and it looks really good. I could wear this all day.

This XL helmet fits well considering it is new. As i wear glasses and use earbuds for my GPS i have to be careful fitting the helmet; it is slowly getting a little looser. I find the helmet fits best slightly forward otherwise the sun visor does not bridge my nose properly. The outer visor is good, with a little pressure it locks in place. This helmet is good value for the money and my head feels protected while i am riding

Let me start by saying the other reviews are spot on in regards to the appearance & quality of this helmet. Although the manufacturer calls the base color navy, it’s really a deep purple color - just as shown in photos from other buyers. I was a bit concerned the XS would be too big since I’ve always needed a XXS (which is not available in this particular helmet). Thankfully the extra thick padding made the XS a perfect fit! And speaking of padding, it’s 2+ inches thick - way better than any helmets I’ve seen. Love the quick release on the strap & the face shield is ideal. Such a well designed, quality helmet - worth every penny. Last, but certainly not least, the colors & design are beautiful - much nicer in person than the bad stock photo on Amazon (other sellers have photos that reflect the true colors).

I ordered this as an open box item from Amazon. It was returned due to fitment and was resold at a steep discount. There was no damage to the item and still had the protective stickers on it. I'm not a fan of the face shield as it sits too close to my face for my liking. I removed it and installed the peak (included) instead. Looks nicer in my opinion. The flip down shades are nice but they aren't effective against the wind at 50+mph. They do have plenty of room for your own bike glasses though which is probably how they should be used anyway. I usually go with the yellow type so the shade is a nice option but probably something I won't use. The quick release system is such a nice option! This is the most comfortable/balanced helmet I've worn. No wind buffeting. Airflow is great, did not get overheated in 100+ degree weather. Noise is about what I expect from an open face helmet, probably better. For fitment use their sizing chart and measure around the bottom of your skull around just above your eyebrows and you should get a proper fitment. It's really hard to bite the bullet on helmets online but with a good return policy and price I was willing to take the risk on this one. Saved a lot of money!

I wanted a helmet with an interchangeable "Peak visor" and "face shield". That way when it rains I can swap them out. The Verso has both as does my original Scorpion CT220. But The CT2220 is low on my forehead and hits my sunglasses putting pressure on the bridge of my nose. It also seems sized small as many others have mentioned. I don't feel the airflow thru the top much, but today was 102 and it was bearable. I measured on the low side of a Large size (23.25) but it was too small. I reordered a XL and it fits well, but the cheek pads were still a little too tight. The cheek pads in the Large Verso were thinner so I ordered a set of them from Revzilla and put them in my XL helmet. Now all is great. I wish LS2 sold the cheek pads on Amazon. Update...after about 500 miles wearing this helmet I get pain on my ear from the left strap. I've tried everything to ease the pressure, but no help. I think this helmet sits too high on me. If I could return it I would.

Great fit but order one size up. I am a small and medium fits perfect. Love the easy flip up or down shield. Can be worn either way. Does NOT make my head itch. I love the colors. Love the metal quick release. I highly recommend.
