Better Living Products 76344-1 Euro Series TRIO 3-Chamber Soap and Shower Dispenser, Chrome

18 years ago I bought a house with one of these in it. It worked for a while. When it stopped working, I let it just sit there. I was too lazy to take it off. I began using it to put things on top of. Two days ago, I decided to look on Amazon for a replacement, resigned to the fact that I would have to take it off and do a complete reinstallation of another model. To my surprise, I found the exact same model is still available. I have no idea why it didn’t look for a replacement sooner. So here you have it. A picture of the old one I took off beside the new one that just slid right into place on the old bracket. I am back in business and it could not have been easier. No installation required since the old bracket was already secured to the shower wall. The adhesive obviously works really great because the old bracket has been on the wall for I have no idea how long over 18 years. The plastic is very durable because it never broke in all that time. Just the inside pumps seemed to stop working. The capacity is huge. The heavy duty plastic material it is made from is easy to wipe clean. It comes with a sheet of alternate labels in case you are using different products. There is included that he’s in in case you need to install the bracket that comes with it. In the directions are very clear. I noticed that this also comes in a brushed aluminum finish and a white finish. But I got the chrome finish that matches the bathroom and it is an exact replacement for what I already had.

Updated review As in the original review below I was prepared for another pump to go bad on me. It did, and I was prepared with all the paperwork. I made a request straight to the company web site and explained my problem. A representative wrote me an email just a few days later apologizing for my inconvenience and requested my address to send me some replacement pumps. I was unbale to submit pictures of the problem on their web site and asked if they wanted me to send pictures of the problem to her? She said don't worry about it and I'll have a new pump in the mail tomorrow. Well, a week or so later the pump arrived in the mail. HUGE KUDOS to Elana L. at Better Living for addressing my problem and fixing it right away. THIS is how customer service should be. 4 stars just became 5 One of the pumps broke on our original after a year or so, liked it so much that we bought the exact same one again. Went thru the paper work for this one and saw there is a two year guarantee on all parts. Ouch! I'll be saving the receipt and paperwork for this one for a while.

I recently got the 3-chamber shower dispenser and it has made my bathroom feel so much more organized. Each chamber is easy to fill and pumps smoothly without any mess or waste. I like that I can keep shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all in one spot instead of cluttering the shower with bottles. It’s sturdy, looks sleek on the wall, and has kept my shower area looking neat and tidy. Definitely a great upgrade for anyone wanting a clean, functional setup.

I originally purchased one of these for a small shower for myself just to save some room and annoyingly large bottles. It worked just fine minus a few minor annoyances. I decided to toss it before I moved from that house because I didn't have much room in the truck I used. I purchased these again for basically the same reason, except that now my 4 children are older. With so many kids using the same shower and the fact that they all like different products, I decided to purchase 2 of these 3 chamber pumps. They come with extra stickers that you can change for each chamber, which was nice for me since it wasn't going to be quite as cut and dry as just shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each chamber holds a pretty decent amount, which greatly reduces the crazy amount of bottles that used to be in and around the shower and bathroom. For my 4 kids ages 8-11, I put shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in one for the girls who both like the same products. In the other I filled two chambers with boy's 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash(different scents for different boys), and a special soap that one of my kids and myself uses for eczema/sensitive skin. It greatly reduced the amount of bottles I have around the bathroom, and is altogether much easier to use. It's also very nice that I was able to place them at different heights for my kids. Because they use sticky pads AND silicone(both included) as well as my previous experience, I am pretty confident that these will be around for awhile.

Product fell off the mounting tape and caused total loss of expensive shampoo, body wash and conditioner worth a lot more than this dispenser. I had loaded one bottle of each and they were all gone down the drain. The back plate was mounted using 8 inches of 3m extreme mounting tape that is rated for 2 lbs per square inch. So that's 16 lbs, much less than the weight of this dispenser and its contents. In hindsight, the back plate has large perforations and is made of slippery plastic that is unfit for mounting without screws. No way the supplied glue and sticky tape would have held either. I've mounted much heavier mirrors in the bathroom and even tools to the wall with the 3m tape. My best guess that the quality control is poor and there are mould release agents or lubricants which weren't completely stripped off at the factory. Big oversight. I didn't find anything wrong with the dispenser itself. It did work great the 2 days that I used it. Update 01/03/2019: I called the company on their 1800 number on their website. They answered on the first ring and were very gracious. Unlike most companies, the reps I spoke to were based out of America. They also did not transfer me back and forth. Very commendable. Unfortunately, when I told the rep what happened her tone changed immediately and I sensed that they get this a lot. The rep immediately offered me a free replacement which I politely declined. I had some expensive products in this dispenser and when I asked them to compensate me the rep quickly transferred me to the next level. (I'm not petty but I could easily purchase 4 of these dispensers with how much I lost in product.) This lady was also very polite but sounded pretty jaded from the get to. She pretty much told me that they do not warrant faulty installations. When I informed her that I used an excess of 3M Extreme mounting tape, her answer was that they can't help because I used a third party product to mount their product. I politely informed her that mirrors mounted in my bathroom using this tape have held on for years but she wasn't having it. When I asked her about all the complaints on amazon of this specific dispenser falling off when mounted using the adhesives they've supplied, her answer was that they were all installed incorrectly with the silicone adhesive applied over the sticky tape. Huh? I see 17% reviews here are 1 star mostly due to the same catastrophic issue and everyone is installing it incorrectly? Based on my experience, I think this is a fluke product from an otherwise great company. I have heard of their brand before (can't remember where) and was really disappointed. My guess is they have excess inventory of this sku and they are trying to get rid of it. It is a neat looking product that would cost a lot more than 8 bucks but even Mercedes Benz made a few bad cars back in the day. I wish them all the best, but for me, once bitten is twice shy.

This is terrific! I wish I would have gotten this sooner. I installed (stuck to wall of shower) and 24 hours later filled it up. Works like a charm. I did the prepping of the pump buttons, but nothing came out. Later I came back to take shower and they all worked fine. Followed the directions and it was easy to install and refill. Holds a lot of soaps. It also fit fine into my RV sized shower.

I've had this for less than a year and I'm already having to replace it. It randomly started leaking all my product (it has not been hit or damaged in anyway by me). It cracks super easily, over the time I've had it random cracks have appeared where the lid is placed, and I have not been rough on this product at all. I would recommend going with a higher quality item for longevity.

Easy to mount, fill and clean.

Aufgrund des Bildes könnte man denken, das sein ein wackliges Plastikprodukt. Weit gefehlt! Die Pumpsektion strahlt eine enorme Solidität aus, auch die Druckknöpfe. Die Behälter selber sind aus leicht strukturiertem Material. Allein der Deckel ist ein bisschen leicht, aber er hat schon mehrerfaches Fallenlassen schadlos überstanden. Die Montage mit Silikon geht leicht von der Hand und das Ding hängt danach felsenfest an der Wand. Im Gebrauch ist der Dispenser supergut. Er dosiert geräuschlos und sehr sparsam. Das Gerät tropft überhaupt nicht. Beybey ihr schmierigen Shampoo-Flaschen! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und ich wüsste nicht, was dem Produkt vorwerfen könnte. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Sieht wertig aus ist aber alles aus Plastik, ist das Geld nicht Wert. Klebepads halten nicht. Viel herunter, komplett defekt.

The product dispenser met and actually exceeded my expectations. Clear easy to understand installation instructions. You'd have to be incapable of walking and chewing gum at the same time not to be able to put this dispenser up. It appears to be stable when being used. The size is perfect for my needs. In retrospect I should have bought three of them because I'm sure my wife and daughter will want a three chamber dispenser for their bathroom. There appears to be a "built-in razor rack however it is awkward to get at and my Harry's razor doesn't fit well in it but that is not one of the reasons I bought the dispenser for, so it doesn't matter to me. So in a nutshell, it does the job well and I am pleased with my purchase.

Delivers as expected. I have bought two 4 chamber dispensers from Better living in the past, each time for a new home. They stay up as promised; the last one stayed up for over 25 years and I left it for the new owners when I sold my house. I have installed this new 3 chamber dispenser in my new condo shower. It looks very nice and I expect it will stay up without a problem. Follow the installation instructions and you will have no problems. Priming the pumps was also problem free.
