This roller ball is definitely a great value and one is able to give their own massage quality that is needed to feels better. Is is easy to use and I keep it is my purse to help relive neck tightening while at work.

Works and feels nice but I think the hole on the back makes applying to ball more of a mess. Maybe have an option for no hole so we can apply directly to the ball?

Great for the price. I payed more for one the 1st I bought at CVS. I got 2 this time and I love it. Great for giving a back massage if you have bad hands. And I have nerve damage in my arm that I use it on. BUY IT!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

These massage rollers are very effective over your clothes! I keep this roller next to my bed. I use it practically everyday on which ever muscle is aching when I lay down. I don’t recommend rolling it directly on massage oil on your skin. It works much better on clothing material. I love this product. I am very happy with this purchase & gave one as a gift.
