HONEY STINGER Gold Gel Bar, 1.2 OZ

The Gold Energy Gels are amazing. It takes a lot to keep this little engine going on my high mileage runs. The taste is pleasant. The gel is thinner that the other Honey Stinger gels, which I really enjoy and use. There is no need to drink fluids to wash it down. I very pleased with these gels.

I have had many different gels and don't like a lot of them but these are really inoffensive and easy to get down. Ultra runner approved!

I usually train long ride on bicycle at good pace, the Gold Energy is always loaded in my back pocked and really does provide the extra boost when needed, this is a must have item if training seriously, it is easily assimilated in the blood stream because of its natural content and goes to work almost instantly and as expected.

I like that it provides a boost in energy and small enough to carry with me during long bike rides.

I’ve used the pomegranate stinger gels for some time now, but Amazon quit sending them. So I ordered a box of the Gold gels. They taste really bad. At first it is similar to honey and then you get hit with a gross flavor that I can’t describe. I have to swallow and chase with water as fast as I can. Get some other flavor!

These are great! I've tried other brands, but keep coming back to Stingerz. They help me prevent burnout on my loner runs, they've also helped me to make those last miles when I start overheating.
