These packs are an essential part of my diet. So if I have forgotten to arrange for my usual supply I know I can buy this superfood via Amazon. Its v.good for gut heath and mixes into other foods easily. I usually add it to my morning cereal. Virtually tasteless.

Top baking tip..Makes a good egg substitute!
Love this stuff, nice in yoghurt, in casseroles and biscuits, sprinkle a little bit in anything. A easy way to add a little extra fibre and oils I. Your diet. Also I had read that if you Mix 1 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of water it’s a substitute for eggs in baking, I made some biscotti today and realised too late that I had no eggs so I tried this substitute and it worked perfectly! Amazing!
