Of course it's not going to sustain you 24 hours if you've been perspiring very heavily but of course you'd shower then anyway. I also like the width of the stick, it is very solid but it applies very smoothly and covers your skin well. Some deodorant sticks are either abrasive or crumbly or chalky, or else seem too thin on application, but this stick is good.
