Dealing with joint pain has been tough, so I was looking for something natural to help. I tried Boswellia based on its reputation. After taking it for a while, I've noticed a bit of a difference in my э finger discomfort. It's not a complete fix, but it seems to take the edge off the pain and makes moving around a little easier. I've been taking the boswellia for a few weeks sporadically. My body does feel better but.. my cycle has shifted a bit. Stress in my life can also be attributed but.. I will see as I'm slowing down on the boswellia until it comes back to see..

I have MS as well as vestibular migraine, and I am extremely wary of pseudoscience and snake oil. My migraine symptoms have increased a lot since I started a part-time job for the first time in years. My migraine neurologist recommended Boswellia 800mg 3x a day, and I was skeptical, but she’s very science-based and this stuff isn’t expensive so I gave it a try.I’ve been delighted to find that the Boswellia makes a notable difference with symptoms like head pain, vertigo, and sinus issues. I believe it helps with the inflammation that causes migraine symptoms the way it helps with joint inflammation. I’m on a small opioid prescription and am taking the smaller dose per day more frequently now.Anecdotes are not evidence, of course, but I believe this is working for me, and with no side effects. I can take it on an empty stomach but be careful if you have any issues with swallowing as the capsule is rather large. I chose this brand because it had the dosage I required and was the same as in the handout my doctor provided.

I have been suffering with joint pain for years. I have had both knees replaced and was experiencing stiffness and inflammation. Not just knee stiffness but overall body pain. I was taking ibuprofen like candy trying to get some relief. I read about bowswellia in many publications and thought I’d give it a try. At first it didn’t make a noticeable difference. After a few weeks I was walking through a parking lot and noticed my knees weren’t aching. Furthermore I noticed that my body wasn’t hurting. That was about two months ago. Every morning I take bowswellia and I go through another day with little to no joint pain. I’ve been able to start working out again. I took these while waiting on re-delivery of my regular bone supplements. Only needed one capsule a day, was satisfied with results & I’m tempted to discontinue my regular supplements but will wait until my next density scan.
