My husband and I take Move Free and do not have joint pain like most of our friends. We are over 70 and both have had injuries to knees and ankles. After a couple of weeks, my husband asked me if my knee was bothering me, which it was! We were both experiencing significantly more joint pain, especially affecting my walking.
