Best balsamic I have ever had
I received this for a gift one Christmas, and have since purchased it twice. It is the syrupy thick type of balsamic, and it is absolutely excellent. It is expensive, but lasts a very long time - you only need to use a little bit in most cases. I use it on salads with no oil - just salt and pepper. It is outstanding. I have purchased other pricey balsamic vinegars, but this is my favorite.

Hard to find but well worth it
We went to a high-end restaurant where they were using this vinegar and we just loved it. So much that we had to have our own for home use.
