What You Do Matters Boxed Set — Featuring all three New York Times best sellers (What Do You Do With an Idea?, What Do You Do With a Problem?, and What Do You Do With a Chance?) Review: Beautiful book set - Beautifully made hardcover books and great set to gift Review: Beautifully written & illustrated - These books are wonderfully written and illustrated. A great message for is all ages (including the very young and the very old). I love reading them to my toddler even though he cannot understand them yet. And, I look forward to the discussions that we will have together as he grows older. My favorite is "What Do You Do with an Idea?", which has a beautiful transitions from black and white to full color. It is the most whimsical and carefree. If you only buy one of the books, "Idea" would be my recommendation. However, all three are fantastic in their own way. "What Do You Do with a Problem?" is the "darkest" of the three, the most somber. But, it is not heavy or too much. It is one of those rare books that let's you feel the protagonist's anxiety without ever being scary. This is probably the most important one for chronic worriers. Finally, "What Do You Do with a Chance?" is the most vibrant in tone and colors. It is also the most balanced between darkness and light. Sometimes it is my favorite. I am VERY picky when it comes to books for my toddler. I probably only buy one out of twenty to one out of thirty books that I preview, even among those that come highly recommended and are best sellers. As a parent, you will be reading any given book hundreds of times. These books are some of the rare few that I can enjoy reading each and every time for many years to come. The partnership between the words and illustrations is perfect. The words are fully captivating despite not rhyming. And, the art has a style all its own. The art will fill you with magical awe and inspire you to be a better parent for your child.

Adore as a gift
Very nice writen and the illustrations are fantastic. As a art teacher I love the beautiful and thoughtful books, that teach our children courage, problems solving and inspire them to freely create. Good price point for 3 books, that in books store cost probably double. (1 book around $18)

Not only every child but every adult should read these books!
These are some of the best books I’ve ever read! They are beautiful and the story is simple but powerful. I think I have learned more from them than my children. But hopefully they take these lessons with them into life. I can honestly not emphasize enough how good these. I gifted them to six different families this Christmas season.
