White Honey (15.8 Ounce) Natural Creamed Wildflower Mountain Honey from Central Asia – by Mira Nova

This honey was my first taste of honey from this region. I love honey and decided to try different ones from around the world. This raw honey is white. It has a slightly frothy texture upon your tastebuds and tactile wise when spooning. It has a lighter feel than expected as you spoon it out as well. It definitely melts a bit slower in hot liquids than most clear amber honey and even opaque amber honey. The flavor of this honey is remarkable. It is unbelievably sweet with very mild floral tones. The honey also has a very mild hint of a buttery flavor to go along with its somewhat soft buttery texture. This honey is definitely a unique, bold and flavorful one that easily and tastily sweetens teas, coffees, and even homemade chocolate very well. I have yet to try it on pastries, baking or my homemade cranberry sauce as I'll need to purchase a larger volume. I don't think anyone would be sorry to spend the money to try this honey. I believe you'll really like it. It's definitely worth having in your cupboard even if you're not a honey fanatic. Go for it and enjoy!

I was very skeptical ordering honey online because I obviously had no way of smelling or tasting it before. The reviews I read about honey from Kyrgyzstan were incredible so it was well worth the risk. The price per ounce of this stuff seems almost too reasonable for a high end honey so I was happy to try it. This is amazing. It smells and tastes floral and sweet but in an entirely natural way. Apparently bees in this area feed on the Sainfoin plant which give it that smell and taste. The texture is much easier to work with than standard honey and it's overall less sticky too. It basically melts in your mouth once it mixes with saliva or juice if you're eating it with something else. Paired with an apple is absolute perfection. The aftertaste and mouth feel afterwards is minimal. The entire process of eating it is so light and clean. Highly recommended. I look forward to trying their other types.

Wow, this is good honey. IT is smooth and looks like marshmallow fluff. Sweet but not overly sweet, smooth and unique. Actually white in color. I recommend keeping it in a cool area of your home to keep the smooth consistency. I definitely recommend this. The packaging was great, arrived on time in perfect condition. I am curious about their other varieties now.

I like this honey because I prefer white honey. It flows easier and I really like it’s flavor. I like that I order it and usually receive it the next day. I know it’s pricier than store bought but I believe you get what you pay for so I think it’s quality proves itself.

This is the first time I've tried raw cream honey and I am already in love with it. So far I have ordered more than 8 jard for every one in the family. Most of the people haven’t heard or seen white honey. The texture is completely different than the raw money we see in the stores. The taste is completely different and infact better than the raw honey. I eat it every day on bread like butter. This is my new favorite. Also, it comes well packaged in bubble wrap and easier to gift any one.

I ran into this product by mistake. I dig all kinds of organic honeys, but I never had one like this. The texture and silkiness is just too much. You can also get this flowery kick to it. With fruit is a dessert. I sent a video to a friend, So let`s put it on,

Have you ever had a favorite food that you loved so much it has the power to make you extremely happy no matter the circumstances? Well I do.. and that guilty pleasure is raw, pure white honey … it’s better than any candy you can buy or purchase IMO… but this honey is just divine… like grab a wooden spoon and eat it at 3am just so no one can judge you DIVINE!!! You can taste the comb in it and the texture is amazing… it’s all I wanted for Christmas and it didn’t disappoint!! Grab a jar but save some for me!! Now if I can find a place to hide it so my daughter doesn’t eat it all!!

I love this honey, second time ordering. This time it came in a new “cocoon bubble” which is awesome and how all glassware items should ship. Props to the inventor of this “nirvana stasis” wrap. The honey‘s flavor reminds me of the creme inside chocolate-covered cherries, although this honey is a bit thicker than that. It also has no crystallization but is very thick and smooth and has a great flavor.
