Meter is great and exactly like the one I needed to replace (6 years old and wasn't registering the test strips anymore) - description is incorrect and states that a carrying case is included. There was no case in the box.

inconvenient to read how to use it.
Although the One Touch Ultra appears to be alright, the owner's manual is inconvenient due to its huge sheet that is difficult to read and there is an absence of a carrying case.

Stopped Working after 3 months
The One Touch Ultra2 stopped working after three months. I contacted the company and we went through a diagnosis checklist including the serial number of the meter and the lot number on the test strips. I was told a new meter would be shipped out. Twos weeks later I am still waiting from the replacement. Update 8/14/23 I spoke to customer care the meter was lost in the mail and a new meter will be sent by FedEx overnight. Update 8/15/2023 The second meter was delivered to the wrong address by Fedex . I called One Touch and again they shipped out another meter. One Touch has gone above and beyond on trying to get a meter delivered. Thank you One touch for outstanding customer service.
