Amazing deodorant!!
After having my second baby my BO was so so terrible I honestly just didn't know what to do and was so embarrassed smelling like onions all the time. Literally nothing worked, I tried several deoderants and washing/reapplying deodorant multiple times throughout the day but nothing worked. My best friend recommended to try this, which I did and I haven't looked back even once. It's well worth the price and was a life changing product for me. It smells so so good and has never once failed me since using it. I put it on after my shower and don't reapply until I shower again, every night/every other night. It will stain your clothes though but that's a small price to pay to me most of the time for how long it lasts, how good it smells, and how hydrating it is

Carpe Underarm Antiperspirant for Women lasts and lasts
This is hands down the best underarm antiperspirant I have ever used. First, the smell is divine. A soft rose scented not overpowering. Due to sensitivity antiperspirant have been difficult to find that one, works and two, doesn't irritate the skin. This is the perfect solution for those who need a long lasting, safe for sensitive skin, the subtle scent and the cream applicator. You will stay dry and smell nice as the day goes on.

Hands-down, the best non-aluminum deodorant
I tried five other aluminum free deodorants for my son before finding Carpe. He is 12 years old, right in the middle of going through puberty, and this is the only one that works perfectly for him. He doesn’t have any stinky little armpits anymore. I bought one for myself and my husband as well. Really lightly scented but it smells wonderful.

For The Cost, Do Not Buy This
TL>DR Summary: DO NOT buy this product. While I would not go as far as to say this item is a scam, because it is a real product that does what it says, at $18 (what I paid) per 1.7 oz (50ml) this is 5x more expensive than it should be. If you're in the market for this product specifically, I would suggest you get Degree Advanced 72 Hour instead. If you are looking for a "clinical strength" version of this product, get Certain Dri Extra Stength Clinical Strength. Both of which are 3-5X cheaper. For an everyday "clinical strength", go with Certain Dry Clinical Strength Everyday or Degree Clinical Protection, both 2-3x cheaper. Synopsis: Over the years, as I have aged and become more active, my regular deoderant and antiperspirants stopped becoming effective. I would find myself sweating more often and, as a result, the armpits of my shirts suffered greatly. In doing some shopping for a new antiperspirant, I came across Carpe. A friend of mine said that they had used it and thought I should give it a try, so I did. At the time of purchase I hadn't done a lot of research into antiperspirants but, after having purchased, I wish I had as it would have save me a lot of time. While the product itself is decent, the price ($18) and size make this product a horrible value for what it is actually offering. Further, this product is marketed as though it's "clinical strength" when in reality, it's not at all. Application: The product comes as a soft solid. Basically means that it has more of a "lotion" consistency than a solid. The packaging states to put a thin layer under your arms before bed (as do many of these products) although "thin" layer is up to interpretation. But, nevertheless, apply a small amount at night. While the product is quick drying, I did find that "quick" meant several minutes. I didn't find the formula to be irritating to me although it was sticky at times. However, once it dried I had no further problems. I do wish that the instructions made the amount clearer (such as two turns, four turns, etc.) but it wasn't bad. Fragrance: I decided to go with the Coconut Vanilla scent, mainly because it was cheaper at the time I purchased. The smell isn't super strong but not light either, so in the middle. I'm not a huge fan of coconut smells, but I did not find this one to be unpleasant at all. Results: This is where I had the bulk of my issues. This product uses aluminum sesquichlorohydrate as it's antiperspirant active ingredient. Aluminum sesquichlorohydrate is one of 18 FDA approved aluminum salts and is more gentle on the skin. While not necessarily what would be used in a prescription (that would be aluminum chloride), it's effective. The problem that I have, however, is that this product uses aluminum sesquichlorohydrate @ 15% concentration. This means that while this product has a higher concentration than a typical gentle antiperspirant that uses this active ingredient (as it will usually be 9-10% concentration), it is actually less than many 72 hour antiperspirants that use the same active ingredient (ex. Degree Advanced 72 Hour is 16%). In my testing, in fact, this product is mostly on par to slightly less effective for me than a typical Degree Advanced 72 Hour solid stick, with me getting similar (to just slightly less) dryness results. Thus, if you combine that with the fact that it's a soft solid (and thus, more difficult application), costs $10.58 per oz, and contains less of it's active ingredient than a antiperspirant that regularly comes in a larger, 2.6 oz size and costs $5 in most places ($1.92 per oz), this product is borderline scam. If you are in need of this particular active ingredient at similar concentrations, visit your local store and look at the labels. You'll find some 72 hour sticks with similar concentrations. If you are looking for a "clinical strength" version of this active ingredient, Certain Dri Clinical Strength Extra Strength contains the legal maximum of 25% aluminum sesquichlorohydrate. Like this, it comes as a 1.7 oz solid but is usually around $7-8, making it a much better buy for a much stronger product. Overall: Overall, this is not a product that I can recommend, not at this price point. It's no better than a typical 72 Hour antiperspirant but costs 5x as much. And for a clinical strength version of this particular active ingredient, it's 3x as much. If you suffer from excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and need something strong, this is definitely not going to be your product. The marketing of the product is good and it has good story, but at the end of the day it boils down to what it's made of and its price point. For its price, it should be much better. I will stick to other products versus this one.

Beware of Chemical Burns, otherwise AMAZING (check update)
I normally use Dove Advanced Care unscented deodorant, but after seeing tons of ads on Instagram, I HAD to see if it was right. Usually I sweat a bit throughout the day just sitting at work, but not enough to show through on a shirt. However, when applying a minimal amount of this deodorant, it was completely dry and I didn't have to worry about having my arms next to my body at all. I also sweat a little bit at night and leave my shirt smelling a little sweaty, but using Carpe before bed stopped it altogether. HOWEVER, I did get chemical burns within 2 weeks of using it. When I'd shower, I would be sure to use a loofah to get out all the deodorant, but even after showering and lightly scrubbing, my armpits would sting after applying Carpe again. I thought also that it might be stinging from having some residuals caught on my little bit of hair on my armpit, so I shaved it off-- I think that also fed into the chemical irritation... As I kept using it despite the stinging, it got worse and worse and I had lines of red and irritation all over my armpits. I stopped using it for around a week and just now began using it again, and I didn't have any problems right now. I think the lesson here is to be very thorough when cleaning and applying Carpe, since the lotion is stubborn and resists water exposure. I'm 80% sure that the main irritation came from entering my open hair follicles after shaving. Besides that, it works exactly how it appears in the ads. 1 Month Update: I’ve been using Carpe daily again and have had no further problems with chemical burns. I also want to add that the chemical burns were not instant. You’ll notice if it’s happening if it stings after you put it on, nothing too crazy like your skin peeling off or any bleeding. Try Carpe, it really has been the only deodorant that has stopped my sweating. 13 Month Update: I figured out why I got chemical burns and it might be obvious, it might not be. After I showered (regardless of shaving), using Carpe shortly after would immediately cause irritation. I think that's a bit odd since I could normally use any other kinds of deodorant or lotion-like products. After about 30 minutes, I could apply Carpe and there'd be no problem. So yeah folks, don't be dumb like me and try to put Carpe on RIGHT after showering. I'd like to assume it might be my pores are completely open from the heat and my body doesn't like shoving a cream in there right away.

Effective, smooth, long lasting, amazing scent
Longevity: It stays! I was honestly shocked at how this deodorant stayed on me when all others I've used have not. Sure, they go on and can smell good, but in less than 24 (many cases way less) hours I really felt like my underarms were without protection and in the case of some (especially Salt & Stone) the stink of BO was noticeable. With this, even after a workout the smell was contained. I don't stink unless I've had a really sweaty day, but this stuff STAYS. Scent: Afrer trying Salt & Stone (awful smells, by the way) off of Amazon, I was so hesitant to buy another brand online without first smelling it, but I decided I'd try it once again. The moment I opened this stick I was in awe of just how amazing the smell was. Strong enough to be enjoyable, but yet just right as to not be overwhelming. Even after hours of having it on, the smell was still there. I will say after a long while, the smell does eventually fade, but the deodorant is still working. Effectiveness: The most effective deodorant I have used to date. Not oy does it seem to prevent the BO smell, if you forgot to apply some, or say you receive your order after day has started and you apply it then (and if you're like me, having had worked out that day) it masks the oder that may have been there, for hours even. Texture: At first I was not sure if I'd like this lotion texture as a deodorant. In the past I've tried the gel like deodorants that were popular in other brands and they were horrible. Causes rashes, felt gunky, and overall were not it. This lotion though, perfect texture. Glides on only feeling slightly damp, but so smooth. After a minute I don't even realize I have it on because of how well it absorbs. Size: The size is my only issue. It's a tiny little thing, but that is not to say you can't get your monies worth out of it. As I've only had mine for a few days now, I can not say how long it'll last. Will update accordingly on this as time goes on. All in all, I will definitely be trying the other scents out, or at the very least be purchasing this (sandalwood) scent again.

Product is great, but the dispenser is terrible due to lack of quality control.
Being sweaty and/or stinky sucks, so I'm always looking for an antiperspirant that will hold me down. Carpe's deodorant is great at its effectiveness. I can put this on at night, and not worry about any underarm dampness. I will say, however, while using this product it's important to a detox at least once a month to maintain effectiveness. With that said, sometimes this lotion can irritate the skin so if you notice any redness, reduce usage to maybe every other night. Effectiveness aside, let's talk about quality control with packaging. While the product itself is stellar, I may be continuing my search for a decent deodorant. I've purchased four bottles of this scent, once from the Shop app and twice from here, and every time, the dispenser always fails. If you forget to put the cap on, the product is completely unusable. I know this may be considered user error, but drugstore deodorant lotion like Secret or Dove that uses this same type of dispenser never seems to have the same problem. The whole thing dries out, and then you are unable to dispense any product. Okay, I chalked this up to lesson learned and became more vigilant about putting the cap on... And yet, this last order, the wheel did not work. When trying to spin it clockwise, the wheel actually unscrewed itself from the bottom. In order to get product out, I had to actually press the mechanism back into the bottle which pushed out product at the top... way too much in fact that it was wasteful. For 20 dollars a pop, the quality control on their dispensers is terrible and it's a hard no for me. I've found comparable brands without the tendency to have product waste. I may consider their dry stick but yeah, it's a no for me.

Say goodbye to yellow pit-stained t-shirts, expenseive but just plain works
I've ruined white undershirts with yellow pit staines for almost 4 decades. I've tried all the internet "hacks' to remove these stains, none of them work. Not even bleach. Not sure who else has this problem, but my close family members have the same issue. Eventually my wife throws out my stained white undershirts and buys new ones. I saw an ad for this and figured why not... Being a scientist at heart I conducted my own experiment with 1 subject - me. I boght a bunch of brand new t-shirts switched over to using only Carpe. It's been 3 months and all my t-shirts hav e remained dry and NO MORE STAINS!! I was skeptical, but it just simply works. I've only tried the Mountain Breeze but I like it, so can't speak for any of the other scents. For me the cons are minimal. People complain about it being sticky and getting on your clothes, well that's not new. Put on any white deodorant and try putting on a black t-shirt, same issue. First, brush your teeth, make some coffee, or whatever and let it dry for a few minutes before you put your shirt on. Second, roll your shirt up a few times so the outside of your shirt is not exposed, put the shirt on then roll it back down. Problem solved and you don't get any deodorant (technically "antiperspirant") on the outside of your shirt. Who cares if you get a litte on the inside. The biggest "con" for me is of course the price. It'sexpensive, almost 5 times what my old standby Speed stick Irish Spring costs. I will save plenty of money on t-shirts that don't get pit stained, but it's still a little more expensive over the course of a year. I may have less t-shirts in our household rag bag, but at least I'm doing a little something to help the environment, at least that's what I tell myself. Also, I followed the instructions to apply it twice a day at the beginning, but that will double your cost because you'll run through it twice as fast. After a few days I just applied it once per day and still works just as well for me. There are a few products that just plain work and I'll spend the extra money for them, this is one of them. I sometimes work 24 hours shifts and when I take my undershirt oiff at the end of a really long day and it's still white and dry, and I still have all brand new looking white t-shirts at the end of my 3 month experiment ... winning.

It works!
I have spent year and years with wet armpits during the warmer months. It affects what I can wear and has always made me feel conscious. Not anymore! I can’t believe how well this works, there’s no wetness at all. Even with my arms down and working up a sweat all day! Eliminates any odour completely and has me feeling fresh and free. Will never go back to the shop brought products. 10/10
