I didnt hesitate to take a chance on a new supplement from wellness resources. Yes, my pee turned bright colors for hours after taking one capsule, but thats normal. Helps energy levels stay normal and even through most of my waking hours. I suggest taking one dose in the morning and one in the afternoon, 4-5 hours later. If you take it before bed, it may increase your chances of having difficulty sleeping. I also suggest increasing niacin though if you want more energy. It can work wonders!

The only b supplement I take

It sounds good on paper. I don't feel any difference and gave it to my dog w/tapeworms recently (robs body of B12) but haven't felt any short term difference. I hope it's working long term as it is made well. One bottle came with a few pills broken open and yellow powder all over the pills and inside bottle. Messy and upon contacting manufacturer they said they would exchange it if I returned it but it's already expensive and adding return shipping and waiting a few weeks to get new bottle when I was in need then was out of the question. Otherwise, it is a good brand for sure.

There is something wrong with some of the ingredients, capsules changing color. Possible contamination? Afraid to continue taking these capsules.

Its a good supplement that can be added to your daily vitamin to help reduce stress.

Highly recommend for energy

LOVE this product.. Methylated B's keep my MS at bay! BUT the last two products have had discoloured brownish capsule contents and have an unpleasant smell. Something is up! Packaging appeared intact in both cases, but I believe moisture has got into the package. Not impressed! The next one I get, I will open immediately and if it is also "bad" will return

On my 2nd bottle. I like all the components in it and that it has no filler. It is also easy to swallow, a regular size capsule unlike many others B complex, which is huge and strong odour. The only thing keeping me from getting the 3td bottle is the price. Have found a replacement at 3/4 the price. So unless the price come down, I will not be back.
