Results after first use
I had to start out using this in 1 minute bursts and slowly do more. But after the first day of a total about 15 minutes I can absolutely feel and smell a difference, my lymph nodes are much cleaner.Muscles feel great, circulation definitely increases, breathing is better... I like it a lot.

Discrete and effective
This was an impulse buy. But I’m so happy I did it! I am able to get a work out in at work without anyone even noticing! I’m two weeks in and the results are amazing. Great for poor circulation
