Also, It has TEN types of collagen in it (not just 3/4) and is good for not only hair, skin and nails, but for Joint Pain and Gut Health. I need both. It is a little more expensive, but for well worth it in my opinion, also it does not dissolve quite as easily as my other product but I don't mind since it works so effectively. Easy to use, tasteless, I use in my cold brew Starbucks and can't tell it's there. I have no idea if it will help me as just started it and so did my husband. Ask me again in about 2-4 weeks and I can then say wheather it seemed to help or not. I do have an autoimmune disease and don't seem to have any adverse effects from it.
