Multi Therapy Pro - Back Massager - Heat & EMS - Lower Back Aid

I wanted this to work, but the charging system on the SmoothSpine Multi Therapy Pro is unreliable. When I first plugged it in, the battery icon just pulsed for hours, and the unit wouldn’t turn on. It eventually powered up, but it would not operate while connected to the outlet — it only worked when unplugged, and even then, the battery lasted about 15 minutes before the device shut off and went back to the blinking battery icon. I tried different chargers and cables with no improvement. I also called SmoothSpine’s support number, waited about 15 minutes, and the system said no agents were available. Between the charging failure and the lack of support, I’m returning it and won’t be buying from SmoothSpine again. Hopefully this helps others avoid the same experience

I have stenosis and a slipped disc. I've had epidural, didn't do much, nerve blocks with short term relief and pin point injections. Also, I've had stem cell injections twice. I've been using this for just about a week now, once or twice a day and I just called to cancel my next nerve block. This has been an amazing find for me, I'm not fixed but feel a lot of relief. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the instructions could be better. Goodluck in your journey to wellness.

SmoothSpine Multi Therapy Pro: I could not tolerate the hard center on my spinal processes. Tried inserting a pad but that blocked benefits from red light and electrical stimulation. The massage mode was loud and disturbed my wife. It took several emails to get customer service and a major effort to get return authorization. Two calls on phone number got no one to pick up and no messages. Avoid this and other products from this organization.
