Too hard! It hurts my ear and face sleeping on this pillow. There’s no give and it will push my jaw into a weird position and I’ve been waking up with really bad TMJ pain when I sleep on my side. If I sleep on my back, there’s no support so my head just falls over into whatever position and I get neck pain. Probably one of the worst pillows I’ve had. It’s been a week. Update: Despite the pillow being extremely uncomfortable for me, the customer service was awesome! 5 Stars to the customer service!
