Durable
Very heavy duty , I highly recommend. I have purchased a few different kinds online and locally. So far these are the best and see myself ordering more in near future.

Well-made, but do not fit together
Trays are heavy duty and well-made. My only complaint and the reason for three stars is that the Cell trays do not sit well into the flat trays. The cells are suspended half an inch above the bottom of the tray, leaving a big gap making it hard to water other sets I have purchased the cells always sat on or close to on the bottom of the flat trays

Love these
Really great quality, pretty heavy duty! Slightly bigger than I expected, but that’s fine by me. The tools that came with it are the perfect size for my toddler lol. Easy to use, great for seed starts, pretty sure I’ll be able to use them for a couple years!

Cheaply made
Water tray that goes under cracked and didn’t fit properly for bottom watering

Sturdy seed starting set for minimum space used
Both insert and tray are thick and sturdy and should last. However, when the insert is filled with starting mix and wetted, it sags in the middle. When I add water to the tray for bottom watering it appears to be moist toward the center and dry at the edges. I’m preparing more inserts and putting them into shallow trays to see if watering is more even.

I like them. I wish the seed sat down in the tray. The lip on the seed tray causes it to bow and the water pools in the middle. Good quality. Most of our seeds if not all popped up, good germination.

Not bottom watering compatible
Do not buy these if want to bottom water. The top tray will not fit into the bottom tray so the water can’t be absorbed into the seedling tray. The trays are also very difficult to pull apart.

Very sturdy but hard to get apart
EDIT: DO NOT BUY. DESIGN FLAW. After using these to start a bunch of seedlings, I'd say look elsewhere if you want live plants. The trays sag in the middle once they're full of wet soil, so the inner cells get overwatered while the outer cells get fried and die. No good for any plant-related application. Original review: I really wish Chinese companies would stop sending sets of tiny, useless gardening tools as a "bonus." I knocked off a star because it's not like I can give them away--they're totally ineffective for literally everyone--so they go straight from being manufactured (materials, energy, waste) to a landfill. Legit tragic. You're out here selling a product specifically for people who appreciate the environment and want to re-use plastics, so it's extra baffling. I'd actively seek out a company that sent me a butterfly garden seed packet or a couple of those copper-sheet plant tags with every purchase. Those are things that basically every gardener buying propagation trays can use. A gnomish trowel is not. Anyway, the trays themselves are extremely sturdy, even the ones with cells. I've used a lot of stuff at our local ag university greenhouses, where they just care about quality and pretty much ignore cost--these are even thicker plastic than the university orders. These cells aren't going to rip or tear, although you will only be able to remove your seedlings once they have enough roots to be removed by the pushing through the bottom hole. Maybe keep that in mind if you have anything which needs to be transplanted on a time table. Should be able to use them for years if you clean with bleach water and don't leave them in the sun when not in use. The inner tray is smaller than the margin of the outer tray by about 1mm--not enough for the cells to fall in, but enough to make removing the inner tray difficult from one side, where there's no overhang to catch with a fingernail. If this happens, just try the other side. Similarly, my only major criticism is that these trays are VERY difficult to separate from one another prior to their first use. Like, it becomes an actual wrestling match which requires fingernails, grip strength, and possibly grabbing something with your legs. I could not recommend this for anyone with arthritis, dry / irritated skin, nail problems, or mobility issues. This could be easily resolved with a strip of paper or string under each tray--really anything easier to grab & apply force than 1-2mm of plastic. I did really appreciate that the trays arrived in a cardboard box but were NOT needlessly encased in a plastic film bag or whatever inside the box. That also speaks to their sturdiness--the company is not afraid of them being crushed or damaged during shipping, which is a good sign. The product itself is good, so this will be five stars if they stop sending stuff for people to throw away, and make the trays easier to get apart without struggling. If my 70+ y.o. mother can't use it easily, it's not a great gardening product.
