SoloTree is a brand I regularly use for a range of my supplements. These are easy to take if you are used to soft gel capsules, they didn’t have any after taste and they didn’t repeat on me or cause any stomach/digestion issues. I do take my supplement with Peppermint Oil which is great for masking any potential supplements that may repeat. There are great natural ingredients in these soft gel capsules, the key one for me is Cayenne pepper because this is all about the circulation boost, I’m of that age now where I get tingles in my toes and fingers if I haven’t been moving about much especially in the colder wet weather so Cayenne Pepper is great for keeping my circulation going. The other additional ingredients are a powerhouse of natural ingredients all known for their health benefits. Price wise, taking 3 a day you have an 80-day supply in the bottle, this works out at 25p per day based on the current price of £19.99 which I think is excellent value for money especially when you look at the combined benefits of the ingredient list. I was wondering how it would taste? Chewing a. Cayenne gummy. But then I realised my mistake. So the Cayenne soft gels go down easily, I don't get any nasty aftertaste and I don't find that they repeat on me. Good news, and I've had absolutely no negatives since I started taking them. It's basically as if I'm taking the capsules. My normal choice doesn't have all the additional compounds, but I suppose they have their own benefits.
